This is a direct-hire, 1st shift position, Monday-Friday.
This position is based out of our office in Martinsville, Indiana.
This position plays an integral role in both scheduling dispatches for both our sales representative and installation technicians as well as direct customer service via phone calls and emails.
We are seeking a customer focused team player who can adapt to the changing needs of our service-based team.
Midwest Generator Solutions specializes in the installation, maintenance and repair of home and commercial standby generators and emergency backup generators in Indiana.
Our company was established in 2001 under the name of White's Electrical; however, as the demand for our generator services grew, we realized we could better serve our customers by concentrating our efforts and branched off into our own separate company in 2017, now known as MGS.

paid holidays Responsibilities Provide superior external and internal customer service to both our customers and staff Manage all communications from customers via email and phone in a professional and courteous manner Efficiently schedule and dispatch appointments in our scheduling software, ensuring the right technicians are matched to every job Accurately document and update records in appropriate systems Prepare, compile, sort, and scan documents for data entry Conduct data entry and check source documents for accuracy Comply with data integrity and security policies Perform other duties as necessary to support the MGS team Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and management Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments Ability to learn and develop Standard Operating Procedures Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy Proficient in the use of computer programs:
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and office equipment Working knowledge of QuickBooks preferred Working knowledge of ServiceTitan preferred A dependable self-starter who is a team player Scheduling, dispatch, or logistics experience preferred Willingness to learn and adjust to our growing company's needs High School Diploma required Hiring is contingent upon a criminal background check and passing a pre-employment drug screen test.
Compensation is determined upon experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
