Summary:
Farm Hands are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment, overall maintenance and daily running of the facility, feeding, & cleaning.
Operating farm equipment and maintaining farm/barn.
This is a working farm, feeding and caring for horses, repairing fence, operating farm equipment, will be responsible for equipment and vehicle maintenance.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
Pay based on experience.
Starting pay is $ 40k - 50k per year.

Responsibilities:
General care of horses (watering, turning in/out, feeding, blanketing, etc.
).
Administering medications, de-wormers, ointments, and supplements.
Haltering and leading horses.
Unloading grain, hay, and shavings and putting them in the proper storage place(s).
Cleaning stalls and storage rooms.
Cleaning feed buckets, tack/feed room, and automatic waterers.
Cleaning paddocks, water tanks, and shelters.
Keeping the barn clean and free of unnecessary clutter.
